Step One provides 24/7 supervised residential care across 51 beds. The program includes individual counseling, evidence-based group therapy, case management, medication monitoring by nursing staff, relapse prevention planning, life skills development, peer support, and discharge and aftercare planning.

Treatment is individualized. Two men admitted the same week do not receive the same plan, because they are not carrying the same history, the same diagnoses, or the same obstacles waiting for them on the outside.
