How Admissions Works
You call the admissions line and reach a real person. They listen to your situation, ask the questions needed to understand whether Step One is the right fit, and explain the options honestly, including cost and the Recovery Access Sponsorship Program. If residential care fits, they coordinate the details of arrival. If something else fits better, they tell you that too.
You do not need your paperwork in order or your insurance figured out to make the first call. You need the willingness to have one conversation.
As a nonprofit organization, Step One may evaluate scholarship assistance for eligible private-pay clients when funding is available. During the admissions process, our team can discuss your situation and explain whether you may qualify.
