Insurance verification may be offered as a courtesy; however, verification does not guarantee coverage or payment.
Coverage determinations are made solely by the insurance provider and are subject to policy terms, authorizations, medical necessity, and payer requirements. Individuals are responsible for any costs not covered by insurance, including deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or services deemed non-covered by the payer.
Private-pay services may be available for certain programs. Fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are disclosed prior to or at the time services are initiated. Financial obligations are communicated clearly and in writing when applicable.
Payment for services does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes, length of stay, or results. Recovery and treatment progress vary by individual, and services are provided in accordance with clinical judgment, program guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
As a nonprofit organization, revenues are used exclusively to support program operations, staffing, facilities, and services aligned with the organization’s charitable mission. No portion of net earnings benefits private individuals.
